Octavia was born on June 6th, 1867 in Paal.¹ Octavia's father was Joseph Gaethofs and her mother was Blondina Gysbrechts. Her paternal grandparents were NN and Anne Marie Gaethofs; her maternal grandparents were Baptiste Gysbrechts and Theresia Barthels. She died at the age of 83 on January 3rd, 1951 in Aartselaar.¹
