Cap Andrés Cobo (Figueroa) 
Andrés was born in 1612 in Popayán. Andrés' father was Francisco Mosquera (Figueroa y Velasco) and his mother was Juana Cobo. His paternal grandparents were Francisco Mosquera (Figueroa) and Leonor Velasco; his maternal grandparents were Capitan Andrés Cobo (de la Peña) and Catalina Vergara. He was an only child. He died at the age of 81 on August 14th, 1693 in Popayán.-
