George_V was born on June 3rd, 1865 in Marlborough Hse,London,England and was baptised on July 7th, 1865.  George_V's father was Edward_VII Wettin and his mother was Alexandra of_Denmark "Alix".  His paternal grandparents were Albert Augustus Charles and Victoria Hanover; his maternal grandparents were Christian_IX and Louise of_Hesse-Cassel.  He was the second of six children.  He had two brothers and three sisters, named Albert Victor Christian, John Alexander, Louise Victoria Alexandra, Victoria Alexandra Olga and Maude Charlotte Mary.  He died at the age of 70 on January 20th, 1936 in Sandringham,Norfolk,England.  His burial was on January 28th, 1936 in Windsor Castle,St. George Chap.,Berkshire,England.
