Joseph W Shepard

Joseph was born on September 18th, 1858.  Joseph's father was Hartley W Shepard and his mother was Susanna A Smith.  His maternal grandparents were Joseph H Smith and Catherine Sheppard. He had two brothers and nine sisters, named Isaiah, James, Eliza, Catharine, Nancy, Savilla, Sarah, Minerva, Docia, Mary and Margaret.  He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 78 on October 31st, 1936.
