Vera was born in 1896.  Vera's father was William Francis W Gibson and her mother was Ellen O'Keeffe.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Gibson and Mary Elizabeth Woolcock. She had two brothers named Will and John.  She was the oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 74 on February 10th, 1970.
