Victoria was born in November 1958.  Victoria's father was Peter Sydney Ernest Lawford and her mother was Patricia Kennedy.  Her maternal grandparents were Joseph P. Kennedy and Rose Elizabeth Fitzgerald.  She has a brother and two sisters, named Christopher, Sydney and Robin.  She is the third oldest of the four children.

Robert and Victoria were married Religious Marriage on June 13th, 1987 in Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Church in Southampton, New York.  They have three daughters named Alexandra, Caroline and Victoria.
