Dominic was born on April 20th, 1922.  Dominic's father was Joseph Wieseler and his mother was Susan Barthelemy.  His paternal grandparents were Henry Wieseler and Renata Schmidt.  He has two brothers and two sisters, named Richard, Robert Francis, Dorothy and Katherine.  He is the oldest of the five children.
