Clarence was born on November 11th, 1911 in Sumpter, WI.  Clarence's father was Henry Pickar and his mother is Emma Hemliech.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph N Pickar and Elizabeth.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 77 on October 5th, 1989 in Sauk City, WI.
