William Tinnion

William was born in 1855 in Great Clifton, Cumberland and his baptism took place there on November 25th, 1855. William's father was Thomas Tinnion and his mother is Sarah. His paternal grandparents are Thomas Tinnion and Nancy Braithwaite. He had seven brothers and a sister, named John, Thomas, Jonathan, John Braithwaite, Jonathan, Joseph, Robert and Sarah Ann. He is the oldest of the nine children.
