John Braithwaite Tinnion

John Braithwaite was born in 1864 in Great Clifton, Cumberland and his baptism took place there on September 4th, 1864. John Braithwaite's father was Thomas Tinnion and his mother is Sarah. His paternal grandparents are Thomas Tinnion and Nancy Braithwaite. He had seven brothers and a sister, named William, John, Thomas, Jonathan, Jonathan, Joseph, Robert and Sarah Ann. He is the fifth oldest of the nine children.
