William Arthur Tembey

William Arthur was born on December 25th, 1889 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland and his baptism took place on February 12th, 1890 in Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Cleator, Cumberland. William Arthur's father is Joseph Tembey and his mother is Selena Tonkin. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Tembey and Sarah Thomas; his maternal grandfather was Eli Tonkin.
