Samuel Tembey

Samuel was born on July 1st, 1855 in Cleator Moor, Cumberland and his baptism took place there on July 20th, 1855. Samuel's father was William Tembey and his mother is Jane Walker. His paternal grandparents were John Tembey and Isabella Bennetts. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Samuel, John, James Robert, James Robert, Mary Jane, Isabella and Anna Maria. He is the sixth oldest of the nine children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William and Catherine.
