Mary Jane Tembey

Mary Jane was born in July 1845 in Wendron, Cornwall and her baptism took place on December 14th, 1845 in Wesleyan Methodist Church, Sithian, cornwall. Mary Jane's father was John Tembey and her mother was Jane Toy. Her paternal grandparents were John Tembey and Isabella Bennetts. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John Henry, John Henry, William, Christopher, Eliza, Elizabeth and Sarah Ellen. She was the seventh oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 76 on October 31st, 1921 in San Francisco, California, USA.
