Henry Merrett

Henry was born in December 1876 in Christchurch, Monmouthshire. Henry's father was Henry Merrett and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Jones. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Merrett and Ann Williams; his maternal grandparents are George Jones and Elizabeth Jones. He had four brothers and six sisters, named George, Thomas, William Stanley, Jack, Annie, Lilly, Annie, Laura, Celia and Rachel. He is the oldest of the eleven children.
