John Bell

John was born in 1846 in Seaton, Workington, Cumberland and his baptism took place on January 3rd, 1847 in Camerton, Cumberland, England. John's father was William Bell and his mother is Jane Simon. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Bell and Agnes Stephenson; his maternal grandparents were John Simon and Hannah Owens. He had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph, William, Thomas and Hannah. He is the third oldest of the five children.
