Susannah Merry

Susannah was born in December 1851 in Manchester, Lancashire, England.¹ Susannah's father was John Merry and her mother was Catherine Brady. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Merry and Susannah Kennedy; her maternal grandparents are Arthur Brady and Mary McAvoy. She had five brothers and a sister, named Edward, John Arthur, James, Catherine, Thomas Harwood and Mary. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died about 1865.²
