James Illsley

James was born in September 1843 in Newbold, Derbyshire, England.¹ James' father was Gilbert Illsley and his mother is Margaret Harrison. His paternal grandparents were Gilbert Illsley and Hannah Oldner. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Wright, Gilbert, Ann, Edith, Harriet, Clara, Elizabeth and Margaret Harriet.
