Henry Illsley

Henry was born on August 6th, 1809 in Church Gresley, Derbyshire, England.¹ Henry's father was Henry Illsley and his mother was Elizabeth Evans. His paternal grandparents were Henry Illsley and Elizabeth Bath. He had three brothers and three sisters, named William, Gilbert, Francis, Mary, Elizabeth and Robert. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, George, Joseph, Sarah, Jane, Ann and Rachel. He died at the age of 40 in 1849.¹
