Male George Illsley

George was born on July 10th, 1783 in Church Gresley, Derbyshire, England.1   George's father was Henry Illsley and his mother was Elizabeth Bath.  His maternal grandparents were William Bath and Jane Aney \ Adey. He had six brothers and a sister, named Henry, William, Gilbert, Robert, John, Robert and Elizabeth.  He was the second oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 51 on February 8th, 1835 in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire/Derbyshire, England.1 

George's family with Ann Bosworth

George and Ann were married in a religious ceremony in 1805.2   They had four sons and a daughter, named Henry, George, William, Gilbert and Ann.
