William Barkley

William was born in June 1877 in St Martins, Oswestry, Shropshire, England.¹ William's father is William Barkley and his mother is Mary Jones. His maternal grandparents were Isaac Jones and Elizabeth Powell. He has two brothers and four sisters, named James, Charles, Mary Jane, Elizabeth E, Sarah and Margaret Ann. He is the fifth oldest of the seven children.
