George McNeil

George was born on September 21st, 1786. George's father was William McNeil and his mother was Elizabeth Shepherd. His paternal grandparents were George McNeil and Mary Coats; his maternal grandparents were Robert Shepherd and Sarah Rash. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Neil, John, Jessie, William, Sallie, Nancy, Mary, Mary and Betty. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 83 on July 20th, 1870.
