Ellen Bare

Ellen was born in 1847. Ellen's father was Elias Lewis Bare and her mother was Lucinda Sheets. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Bare and Elizabbeth Black; her maternal grandparents were Absolom Bowers and Catherine Ann Sheets. She had eleven brothers and six sisters, named Hamilton, Leander, Joseph, Abb, Absolom, George, Phelix, Bartlett, Hack, Harrison, Freeland, Mary, Briget, Catherine, Margaret, Matilda and Emma. She was the seventh oldest of the eighteen children.
