Arthur Herman TOMAN 
Arthur Herman was born on November 5th, 1916 in Plattsmouth, Cass, Nebraska. Arthur Herman's father was John Joseph TOMAN and his mother was Mary Theresa SEVERIN. His paternal grandparents were John TOMAN and Antonia ZITKA; his maternal grandparents are Frank SEVERIN and Josepha VYBIRAL. He had four brothers and a sister, named George John, Matthias Milton, John Stuart, David Martin and Dorothea Donice. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 74 on October 9th, 1991.-
