That is the birth certificate of Anton (Antonin) Vodicka. The son of
Vincent and Anna (Martinek) Vodicka. From the notes that my grandfather
left...
Under the heading Otec(FATHER): states that the father is Vincenc Vodicka of
Mohelno son of Vaclav Vodicky his wife is Filipiny nee Bobrovsky
Under the heading Matka (MOTHER): state that the mother is Anna daughter of
Frantiska Martinek of Sedlici and his wife is Frantisky nee Filipec.
That being said, Anna Martinek's (and Pauline's) parents were Frantiska
Martinek and Frantisky Filipec.
BUT!!! I only speak english and pig latin. I do have the help of a
Czech-Slovak-English Genalogical Word List.
So, I believe with these bits of information it adds the following to your
tree...
1) Pauline had a sister Anna
2) Their parents were Frantiska Martinek and Frantisky Filipec.
Which also takes it one generation backwards. Right?

Pauline and Cyril were married in a religious ceremony on May 27th, 1879. They had three sons and six daughters, named Thomas Cyril, Charles Clement, Cyrill, Antonia (Tony), Mary, Celia, Valentine, Clara E. and Agnes Pauline.

Charles Clement was born on November 6th, 1886 in Plattsmouth, Cass, Nebraska.1 He died due to Sudden Heart Attack at the age of 63 on January 20th, 1950 in Omaha, Douglas, Nebraska. He was buried in January 1950 in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Omaha NE.1
