Anne Agnes (Chyba) was born on July 28th, 1898 in Plattsmouth, Cass, NE.1 Anne Agnes (Chyba)'s father was SR. CHYBA and her mother was Emalie (Emma) TOMAN. Her paternal grandparents were Jacub CHYBA and Frantiska MALY; her maternal grandparents were John TOMAN and Antonia ZITKA. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John William (Chyba), Joseph M. (Chyba), Frank Frederick (Chyba), Frances (Chyba), Mary Helen (Marie) (Chyba) and Eleanor Amelia (Chyba). She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 100 on May 2nd, 1999 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was buried in Lincoln NE Memorial Cemetery.2 General Notes
