Mary was born in March 1762.  Mary's father was Ferdinando Behenna and her mother was Mary Skewes.  Her maternal grandparents were Martin Skewes and Mary Coad. She had two brothers and a sister, named Henry, Ferdinando and Jennifer.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 27 on December 6th, 1789.
