Любовь was born in 1924 in Харьков.  Любовь's father was Гецель Вовси and her mother was Фейга Моисеевна Вовси (Фаня).  Her maternal grandparents were Моисей Давидов and Рая. She had two brothers named Михаил and Гриша.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died at the age of 79 in 2003.
