• Leslie Motley
  Leslie was born on November 30th, 1909 in 8 Westgate, Eccleshill, Bradford, W. Yorks.²   He died  due to Officially recorded by his Japanese captors as malaria, but the POWs usually suffered from several diseases when they died, particularly Beri-Beri and dysentry. Also brutality to prisoners was often concealed to prevent future ramifications. at the age of 35 on June 5th, 1945 in Japanese POW camp, Sandakan, North Borneo.³
