Sarah Higgins

Sarah was born about 1838 in Surrey County, London.¹ Sarah's father was Thomas Higgins and her mother was Celia Unknown (= Thomas Higgins). She had three brothers and two sisters, named James, Thomas, Joshua, Celia (Cecilia) and Susanna. She was the fifth oldest of the six children.
