Celia Brooker

Celia was born about 1890 in Bermondsey, London.¹ Celia's father was George Brooker and her mother was Celia (Cecilia) Ann Elliott. Her maternal grandparents were Robert Elliott and Celia (Cecilia) Higgins. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Edward, Ada M and Mary. She was the third oldest of the five children.
