John Beedle

John was born on February 12th, 1862 in Rosedale West.¹ John's father was Joseph Bedale and his mother was Emma Newby. His paternal grandparents were George Bedale and Grace Middleton; his maternal grandparents were William Newby and Sarah Unknown (= William Newby). He had a brother and two sisters, named William, Alvenia and Mary Jane. He was the third oldest of the four children. He died in Guisborough (ref. 9d 694).²
