John Stoddart Mitchell McArthur

John was born on January 7th, 1916 in GLASGOW Lanarkshire Scotland. John's father was Oliver McArthur and his mother was Annie Brown McArthur. His paternal grandparents were Duncan McArthur and Margaret Speirs Miller; his maternal grandfather was William Brown. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Duncan, Allan , Oliver, Mathew, Bunty, Annie , Peggie, Helen and Mary. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named George , Jamesina and Chrissie. He died at the age of 83 on December 20th, 1999.
