Sinclair Alexander Mowat

Sinclair was born in 1898. Sinclair's father was Charles Mowat and his mother was Ellen Mitchell Dunnet-Murray. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Mowat and Esther Sinclair. He had a brother and two sisters, named Lyall, Nina and Charlotte.
