Jane was born in 1885.  Jane's father is Peter MacKenzie and her mother is Elizabeth Banks.  Her paternal grandparents are Peter MacKenzie and Jane Begg; her maternal grandparents are Alexander Banks and Elizabeth Banks.  She had a brother and three sisters, named Peter, Elizabeth, Maggie and Alexandrina.  She was the second oldest of the five children.  Jane is no longer alive.
