George Mowat

George was born in 1880. George's father was Donald Mowat and his mother was Janet Brodie Bruce. His paternal grandparents were George Mowat and Isobella Begg; his maternal grandparents were John Bruce and Ann Christian. He had a brother and four sisters, named John, Annie, Isabella, Jessie and Christina. He was the third oldest of the six children.
