Marie was born in 1862.1  Marie's father was Jan Kirchner and her mother was Marie Fialová.  Her paternal grandparents were Karel Kirchner and Rosalia Bukáčková. She had two sisters named Josefa and Anna.  She was the second oldest of the three children.
