Anneke was born on January 1st, 1805 in Zuilichem and her baptism took place there on January 6th, 1805.1  Anneke's father was Willem van Wijnen and her mother was Stijntje van de Werken.  Her paternal grandparents were Willem van Wijnen and Wijntje Brugmans; her maternal grandparents were Peter van de Werken and Anneke Brand. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Willem, Peter, Gijsbert, Cornelis, Anneke, Weijntje, Peterke, Aaltje, Peterke, Dirkje and Stijntje.  She was the second oldest of the twelve children.  She died at the age of 61 on January 8th, 1866 in Zuilichem.1
