Antonie was born on November 14th, 1745 in Almkerk.1  Antonie's father was Nanning Anthoniszn van Vark and his mother was Steijntje Woutersdr Dijck.  His paternal grandparents were Antonie Evertszn van Vark and Grietje Nanningsdr Ouwerkerk; his maternal grandparents were Wouter Janszn van Dijck and Sophia Petersdr de Hoog. He had a brother and four sisters, named Wouter, Sophia, Grietje, Grietje and Steijntje.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 61 on April 27th, 1807.  The funeral took place in 1807 in Almkerk.1 1
