Hendrik was born about 1723.1  Hendrik's father was Peter Corneliszn van der Mooren and his mother was Neeltje Cornelisdr van Loenen.  His paternal grandparents were Cornelis Hendrikzn van der Mooren and Marike Peeters van der Coets; his maternal grandfather was Cornillis Janszn van Loenen and his maternal grandmother is Eeltien Bastiaanse van Gent. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Cornelius, Cornelis Peterszn, Matthijs Peterszn, Dirsken, Cornelia, Geertruij, Geertruij, Marie and Eeltie.  He was the youngest of the ten children.  He died in 1808.  The funeral took place on December 26th, 1808 in Poederoijen.2 2
