Catherine Waugh

Catherine was born in 1835 in Northumberland and her baptism took place on November 22nd, 1835 in Simonburn, Northumberland.¹ Catherine's father was William Waugh and her mother was Mary Dodd. Her maternal grandparents were Edward Dodd and Isabel Barnfather. She had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Edward, William, Robert, Thomas, Isabella, Celia, Jane, Ann and Barbara. She was the third oldest of the eleven children.
