Robert Richardson Roberts 
Robert was born in 1826 in Hunslet, Leeds, Yorkshire.1 Robert's father was James Roberts and his mother was Harriet Richardson. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Roberts and Ann King; his maternal grandmother was Mary Stead. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, William, Caroline, Matilda and Mary. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 76 in 1902 in Lower Wortley, Leeds, Yorkshire.2
