Ramniclal's father was Kessaugi Gangaram and his mother is Motibai Hemchand.  His paternal grandfather was Gangaram Ghela and his paternal grandmother is Nandubai Savchand; his maternal grandparents are Hemchand Narsi and Nadibai Mulgi. He had two brothers and a sister, named Champaclal, Vipinchandra and Raman.  He was the oldest of the four children.  Ramniclal is no longer alive.
