William George Deforest

William was born in 1762 in Sheffield, Berkshire, MA.  William's father was George Deforest and his mother was Esther Nichols. He had a brother named Abel.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 73 on March 7th, 1835 in Unadilla, Otsego, NY.  He was buried in Rogers Hollow, Ostego, NY.
