Lilian was born in 1893 in Blagdon, Somerset. Lilian's father was George Robert Withers and her mother was Susan Mary TREGELLAS. Her paternal grandparents were Mr George Withers and Mrs Eliza Ellis. She had a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender named Ellen and <Unknown>.
