George Presswell

George was born in September 1882 in Hackney, Middlesex.¹ George's father was Edward Presswell and his mother was Sarah Ann Hart. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Edward, James, Arthur, Alfred, William, Polly, Emily, Ada, Ethel, Florence and Nellie. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 88 in December 1970 in Isle of Wight.²
