Georgina was born in 1855 in Lambourn, Berkshire.1   Georgina's father was William Parkinson and her mother was Jane Bugler.  Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Christopher Bugler and Jane Bishop. She had a sister named Mary.  She was the younger of the two children.
