George Mears

George was born in 1845. George's father was Peter Mears and his mother was Eliza Spencer. His maternal grandparents were Henry Spencer and Ann Carter. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Andrew, Henry, Edwin, Harriet and Emily. He was the third youngest of the six children.
