John McDermott

John was born in 1842 in Elphin, Roscommon, Ireland.¹ John's father was Michael McDermott and his mother was Catherine Pendergast. He had a brother and a sister, named Thomas and Mary. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 79 in 1921 in Bingara, NSW, Australia.¹
