Sarah Fovargue

Sarah was born in 1728 in Coates, Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire.¹ Sarah's father was Isaac Fovargue and her mother was Sarah Shereman. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Foverque and Marie Bailleul. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Charles, Isaac, William, Abraham, Isaac, Marie, Susan and Catherine. She was the oldest of the nine children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Peter, Samuel and Elizabeth.
