Walter John Cecil

Walter was born on November 23rd, 1895 in Limehouse, Middlesex.¹ Walter's father was George Cecil and his mother was Caroline Woods. His paternal grandparents were George Cecil and Mary Ann Laskey. He had four brothers and four sisters, named George, Alfred, Robert, Charles, Caroline, Ethel, Lilian and Winifred. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
